Position Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Executive who thrives on driving growth and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to attract and retain clients, and expanding Radiance IT’s market presence.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to think strategically and contribute to initiatives that align with our mission of innovation-driven digital transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and promote IT solutions tailored to market needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Lead business presentations, pitch proposals, and represent Radiance IT at networking events.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects through effective outreach strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven business decisions.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, fostering long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- A self-driven, proactive approach to achieving business targets.
- Passion for technology and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Technical Expertise
- Experience in managing IT partnerships, software solutions, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and platforms such as LMS, CRM software, cloud solutions, and SaaS products.

- Competitive salary: £36,000 – £39,000 per annum
